... there is a variety of names and the guests can choose whatever they like and have fun with a dinner table which is loaded with food and performances, the authentic scene is provided through to the historic walls of castle Auerbach.
For guided tours and other groups of minimum 20 adults, the performance of the historical carousal can be ordered.
At these Knights' feasts we will pamper you with food and drinks and a herald will guide you through the evening performing the ordeal of poison testing before each course and having a lot of fun and making jokes with the guests. There will be 6 courses served produced according to ancient recipes, wine and beer a plenty for three hours. The fine course will be prepared by 40 male cooks and 40 female cooks over 7 days and 7 nights with lots of local produce grown in the castle garden.
The custom demands that you eat with your fingers and a dagger. Unpleasant sounds are banned and good manners belong to etiquette of our house, which needs to be followed. You can wipe your fingers at a big piece of cloth, which will be put around your neck by the servants. The participating women should serve their men during the carousal and pamper them.
